IOUF’s European headquarters is located in the midst of various workshops where master craftsmen work. Europe’s economic crisis has affected sales of many goods produced by artisans in Spain. Classical guitar makers have begun to explore the market in China for their guitars. IOUF is exploring the funding of cultural exchanges to promote Spanish handicrafts in China.
