The President, Board of Governors, Faculty, and Staff welcome the appointment of Alan Dunning as a Fellow.  Mr. Dunning brings to IOUF a world of experience in distributed education, curriculum writing, and e-learning.  He will assist in the development of Intercultural Open University Foundation’s Dual PhD Programs in the United Kingdom.
