In addition to our new membership in EFQUEL, IOU Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Cynthia L. Jackson as Vice-President for Quality Assurance and Social Responsibility. Dr. Jackson has a long and distinguished career in Higher Education including the areas of educational policy, higher education administration, performance appraisal, life-long learning programs, strategic planning and socially relevant learning.

Dr. Jackson will be working with the IOU Foundation Office of Social Responsibility and with our faculty and administration in developing policy and procedures for Quality Assurance in our graduate programs. In addition to other responsibilities, Dr. JacksonS will be working with the Office of the President to develop ways for cooperation with EFQUEL. We welcome Dr. Jackson to the IOU Foundation community of educators.
