The President, Board of Governors, Faculty, and Staff welcome Dr. Frank J. Hakemulder, Associate Professor of Media and Cultural Studies at Utrecht University (NL) as an External Scholar.  Dr. Hakemulder is the son of the founder of Intercultural Open University Foundation (IOUF), Jan R. Hakemulder, PhD.  His research interests are the effects of style in literary texts and movies, styles of film adaptation, and uses of narratives in education.

The IOUF family would like to express its profound gratitude for having such a notable scholar as Dr. Hakemulder volunteer to assist in the development of IOUF’s role in distributed education.
