Intercultural Open University Foundation (IOUF) and Editor and Chief of the Rajasthan Patrika newspaper, was awarded a Dual PhD in Administration from Universidad Central de Nicaragrua (UCN)and Universidad Azteca (UA).  The Faculty of UCN/UA and IOUF congratulate Dr. Kothari for his research writings and for his life-long dedication toward world peace, sustainable development, and world poverty.  Both UCN/UA and IOUF are honored to have Dr. Kothari as a part of our consortium dedicated to social change.
