IOUF supports its partner institution by establishing a scholarship fund that will serve to help low-income international students in the Universidad Azteca International programs in Mexico, Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India. The IOU Foundation Scholarship Fund will help support tuition, books, research, intercultural communication, and skill development.

IOU Foundation is committed to supporting partnerships in higher education. Institutional cooperation to create access to higher education is essential for developing well-educated social change agents who will help resolve pressing global problems through research, community building, and capacity building.
