Administrative Chair and Professor, Division of Education, University of the Virgin Islands St. Thomas and St. Croix, USVI (2006 – 2008)

  • Reported to the Provost

  • Established a unified Division of Education between the two island campuses in policies, procedures and processes, curricula and course offerings, and oversight of island programs
