Intercultural Open University Foundation (IOUF) is proud to announce that Dr. Barry Weinhold and Dr. Janae Weinhold, Developmental Psychologists and Mental Health Professionals, have joined IOUF to continue development of the partnership dual degree program with the Universidad Azteca (UA) and Universidad Central de Nicaragua (UCN).

Dr. Janae Weinhold has been appointed Dean of the Partnership Program with UA and UCN as well as a Professor of Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) and maintains a private practice. Dr. Barry Weinhold was appointed to the Core Faculty as Professor of Psychology.  He holds the title of Professor Emeritus at the University of Colorado and is a licensed Psychologist. Both share research on Developmental Trauma that they began in 1980.

The Weinholds have published over 60 books on family counseling, conflict resolution, and developmental trauma. The Weinhold website is the following: http://weinholds.org.
